It was very difficult to hold meetings in the conference space due to the hard surfaces, height of the ceiling and length of the room.
Due to room construction and dimension, Intelligible speech and comfortable conversation due to reverberation was next to impossible. Also from the client/AV side there was reverberation/echo causing the AV unusable.

RT60 Results
Table 2 below provides a summary of the measured RT60 in Octave Bands from 63Hz to 8kHz. from measurements taken in the Conference Room of Cairn Homes, Mt. Errol, Ailesbury CI, Dublin 4.
This table provides the mid frequency reverberation time (TMF) metric which is the arithmetic averaged reverberation time of the Octave bands of 500Hz, 1kHz and 2 Khz.
